These terms apply when you use this website or engage Brandvilo for website development, domain and hosting setup, business email setup, SEO, digital marketing or website maintenance. The specific scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in the quotation or proposal we agree with you. If anything in that quotation differs from these terms, the quotation applies.

Each project starts with a written quotation or proposal describing what is included. Plan prices shown on our Plans page are starting points; the final scope and price are confirmed in your quotation.

Work that is not listed in the agreed scope — such as additional pages, features or revisions — may be quoted separately.

Payment amounts, schedules and methods are set out in your quotation or invoice. Work may begin, continue or go live only once the payments due at each stage have been received. Any refund or cancellation terms are those stated in your quotation.

• Provide content, images, branding, feedback and approvals in good time; delays may affect the timeline.
• Make sure you own, or have permission to use, all material you provide to us.
• Provide accurate information for domain, hosting, email and other account registrations.
• Review the website before launch and let us know of any corrections.

Domains, hosting, business email, payment gateways, advertising platforms and similar services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, pricing and availability. Where a plan includes a first-year domain, it covers first-year domain registration only; renewals and other third-party fees are payable separately unless your quotation says otherwise.

Where we set up advertising campaigns, advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not included in our fees. Campaign setup is distinct from ongoing campaign management, which is provided only where agreed.

Search engines and advertising platforms control their own rankings, policies and results. We apply recognised best practices, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or other outcomes.

Once all payments for a project have been made, you own the final website content and design created specifically for you, subject to the licences of any third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images or software used. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention the project and show non-confidential screenshots of it in our portfolio.

Maintenance, updates and support are provided as described in your plan or quotation. Ongoing services beyond that scope can be arranged separately.

The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt the website. Brand names and logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, Brandvilo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages, changes or failures of third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers or advertising platforms.
