We only collect information that you choose to share with us, or that is needed to deliver our services:

• Enquiry details — your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message, when you contact us through the website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp.
• Project information — content, images, logins, account access and other material you provide so we can build, set up or maintain your website and related services.
• Billing information — the details needed to issue quotations and invoices and to record payments.
• Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

The enquiry form on this website prepares your message so you can send it to us by email or WhatsApp from your own device. When you choose either option, your message is sent through that service (your email provider, or WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta) and is subject to that provider's own privacy terms. If we later connect the form to a direct delivery service, this policy will be updated to describe it.
